Kolte-Patil records strongest-ever launch with over Rs 600 crore sales in 60 hours

Pune, Sep 26 (UNI) Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has recorded its strongest-ever project launch, with over 600 apartments booked and sales exceeding Rs 600 crore within 60 hours of launching its ‘Vyana at The Reserve’ project at Vadgaon in Pune.
The project is part of ‘The Reserve’, a 20-acre residential development along the Sinhgad Road corridor. The overall project has a potential saleable area of around 5 million sq ft and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 4,000 crore, to be launched in multiple phases.
The first phase comprises two- and three-bedroom residences along with more than 40 amenities, including sports, recreation and wellness facilities, said a release here today.

The company said the response came amid continued demand for premium housing in Pune. The project is located around 400 metres from Sinhgad Road and is expected to benefit from planned infrastructure improvements, including Ring Road connectivity and Metro expansion in the corridor.
Kolte-Patil Developers CEO Hrishikesh Parandekar said the launch performance reflected demand in Pune and the company's strategy of entering emerging residential micro-markets.
The company said it has developed 68 projects covering more than 33 million sq ft across Pune, Mumbai and Bengaluru, with a current project portfolio of around 38 million sq ft.
The company has been present in Pune for more than three decades and has expanded its operations to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and Bengaluru, added release. UNI SP SS
